Insulation
Earlier in the spring, we got much of the insulation into the upstairs. After Julio had a bad experience on a 100 degree day in June (real smart…), we decided to blow off the upstairs until things cooled down again in the fall. At the end of Julio’s two week vacation, the insulation was about 50% done.

Front yard improvements
The planter bed, with the new crape myrtle and jasmine plants. You can see our next door neighbor’s planter bed, too.
