Drywall done!!

After a partial day on Saturday and some work this morning, our drywall was officially declared finished. We are really impressed with the quality of the work, and the only imperfections that we can find are very minor. Definitely nothing big enough to complain about. We’re going to prime it next weekend and then see how it looks.
We have really been happy with our drywall contractor, Rueben Cortez. Not only have his guys done a great job, he has not asked us for one cent. He said he’d come back for a final walk through after the priming, and if it looks good, we can pay him then. If not, they’ll fix it first. It’s surprising to see someone in this day and age that will do something like this. I think it really speaks volumes about how good of a job he delivers.
